[NTLK] Best Mac laptop for Newton use?

My only Mac experience comes from a 333 iMac. If (don't tell my wife) I was
going to buy an older Mac laptop, what should I get? I want this
specifically for use with the newtons and I would like it to connect to my
ethernet LAN. Feel free to email direct if you would rather not take NTLK
space with this topic.
