Then we must admit that Apple really blew it with the Newton, at least in
respect to marketing. I find it difficult to imagine that even now, most
computer _journalists_ have not the foggiest notion of what the Newton was
really like. It's like they are just parroting comments they have heard
others say. Back to my premise. I wonder what would be different, had Apple
done a slightly better job in marketing the Newton?
