If I were a small business or government agency I DEFINITELY would switch to
Linux. I'm a Windows guy, but you would have to be a fool not to see the
advantage on limited funds of an Open Source OS with none of the licensing
hoo ha that MS puts one through.

Also of note: On Tuesday of last week the German Government announced

that it will slowly switch over completely to Linux from MS. One of the

reasons is that they no longer want to be 'beholden' to MS but also

because of security concerns. Additionally, several governments in Latin

America have announced that they will use Linux instead of MS. The first

of these is Peru. The handwriting is on the wall for MS & the windows

OS. It is only a matter of time.
