Shipping would, of course, depend on how you ship it. Canada Customs fees
when it crosses the border depends on the declared value of the item. If
it's sent through the regular mail, you'll pay GST+QST on the declared
value converted to CAN$, plus a $5 handling fee, payable on delivery.
