Try Pilot pens:

I use the Pilot Pentopia T2300-P which I like very much. I scavenged a
rubber grip off of a cheap mechanical pencil and put it on the Pentopia.
Very comfortable grip now. The Pilot Dr. Grip is also very comfortable to
write and tap with.

Screen protectors are at: http://www.nushield.net/

or on ebay from time to time.
