Well, the situation is this: I had planned to do it last summer, but the
farthest I got was designing the database and the relations between
tables, and setting up this structure on my SQL server. A little while
ago I started on some PHP to implement, but it's not finished at all. .
The guy who runs the new Philly server offered to write it, but he just
took two weeks to reply to my messages, so he's too busy. Basicially,
everyone involved is too busy. If you think you could write this in PHP
using MySQL as the database (which has been deisnged already, it'd just be
a matter of implementing things in PHP), that would be my preference. If
you'd rather do something else (Perl CGIs, for example) we'll talk.
