Unfortunately, PaperBack doesn't give you those options when creating a
book. :-( It also isn't, technically speaking, a NewtonBook creator. It
makes its own format of e-text, called PaperBack books. They are similar to
NewtonBooks, but not the same. PaperBack was written by a fellow who used
to, I believe, work for Apple, but it is no way connected with Apple. I
wouldn't know about binary hacking of packages or the app. I haven't checked
it with Resedit, but my first guess would be to say that you are out of
luck.
