Folks;

Aside from the decision about getting a new PC or getting Virtual PC 5
and installing it on the Powerbook, my science teacher/tutor friend,
Norm, here in the northern Chicago/Evanston area is looking for someone
with skill who will charge between $50 and $85 per hour for home visit
tech repair/support.

Is there anyone in the area interested in this? I said I'd post to my
lists to see if there were any takers.

Does anyone know if his problems with VPC 4 is corrected by the update
to OS 9.1.whatever? He's so used to PC's that he makes it sound like
installing and setting up a mac is really tough. It's not that hard to
get a mac ready to go, is it? Mine runs quite well and I did most of
everything myself, with a littl help from a tech friend, who has since vanished.

Email me off list if you're game for some freelance work.

Thanks.

Mark
