AK in wild adventures with his newton yet again!
(hehe reminds me of when I first got my mac, I used to
screw it up so that I could find out what exactly went
wrong and fix it :p)

In any case, what I want to know is this:
I installed a russification package on my newton.
2 packages, one was named something like !CHGNAME
and the other something like !FULLRUSS

The first one changed the names of the internal
applications like preferences, dock, name and so on to
cyrillic, and the second one localized my system.

I know that the NOS is burned into ROM so these names and
values cant be really overwriten, they are just
"overshadowed" by these two applications. Well, my russian
isnt that good yet (I can manage but I prefer my good old
european languages for now :p)

So the question:
Are filenames that start with an exclamation point
invisible? I know these things are there cause when I go
to memory info I see that they take up space, so I should
be able to delete them once I find them, finding them is
the issue.

Any ideas ?
What can I do ?

AK
