Peter, if you don't mind I would like to quote you 'cause this is exactly
what happened to me when dealing with GEM.

I think that is also important to mention that all items were sent well
packed and exactly as negotiated and that Chis took aditional care to send
me exactly what we were negotiating because I'm in Brazil/South America and
that it would be very difficult for me to return any defective item.
