[NTLK] NewtSync over TCP/IP (wireless)

I have used NewtSync over TCP/IP using a Lucent Gold card and it works
great, but having one problem. After the sync is done, the gold card
does not disconnect. I must reset to power down the card. Is this a
common problem?
