Great to know a definitive cause of jaggies.
However, on my main Newt. last month I started to get the 'off-center'
effect, tap screen here 'x' but ink shows up 1/8 in. to the right. Then my
buttonbar went wacko, kept getting -46xxx errors. I found the source of
problem, errant taglists in the pkg. and system soups. After getting rid
of the 'taglists', the Newt. is working as new, no jaggies, no 'off-center'
ink. Just thought I'd add some more info.
BTW, when a hard-reset is done, some info. is retained, i.e. Time and Date,
so maybe drain all power(esp. residual on MLB) and then hard reset. Made
two MP21K's normal after buying from jagged users.
