[NTLK] Preliminary Hemlock Situation Report

Times change, and it looks like Apple's not keeping up. About a fourth
of the plugins that Hemlock knows about by default appear to be bad
now. Here is the list:

BAD because the source location (si2.apple.com) isn't responding --
possibly temporary

        Encyclopedia

BAD because the original host is now gone (it wasn't Apple)

        Google
        Google/Mac

BAD because Apple's .src.hqx files are empty (zero bytes!) I don't
know what that means; perhaps it's intended to tell Sherlock to get rid
of them from the user's computer or something

        Apple Tech Info
        Direct Hit
        ESPN
        EyeWire
        GoTo
        Infoseek
        NBCI
        WorldPages

It doesn't appear to be a Hemlock problem. It's a problem with Apple
not updating stuff. :-(
