As I stated, I don't have a 2x00 yet, however the cells are the same
as in the original pack (I checked your site Frank!!)
Also they are already linked together in the correct configuration,
they can easily have the Motorola frame removed, and they already have
a plate fitted to the end cell.
While I have not tried this myself, it occurred to me that they are
very similar to a 'real' Newt battery and should transplant with a
minimum of effort.
