So... couldn't you distribute (sell) Napalm without a ROM image soup, but
include a utility that would allow a registered Palm developer to build a
legitimate soup for themselves? Providing that you could work out any
distribution issues pertaining to the Copilot-related code, wouldn't this
be a reasonable solution.
I'd buy a copy in a heartbeat just to mess around with.
