My "original" 2100 only has 1mb of dram installed.
it should have 4Mb.

At some point, I assume, the motherboard failed and was replaced with a
mp2000 motherboard.
I compared the dram chips to my other "original" 2100 and found that
they are a different size.

This could have happened to yours, or it could need a system update to
properly
recognize this extra memory.
