[NTLK] Alarmed and Dangerous + Dateman

Anyone have any problems with this combo? Whenever A&D is installed and
Dateman has an alarm, the screen blanks out and i have to hit the reset
button.. these two used to place nicely... whenever i freeze A&D
everything is fine!
