The dark white backlight ist great for reading in the dark: IMHO more pleasant
to the eye, and pictures are still grayscale, instead of greenscale. :-)
In dim light conditions, however, the bright green backlight at least makes
the display much more readable, which the dark white one does not. :-(
I've had both, and I would probably go for the green one now.
