its not that, eric.

SA is about scrambling the L2 signal in order to decrease accuracy for=20=

the L2 frequency. the military L1 frequency gives you a precision from=20=

a whole different ballpark. not having access to L1 is not the same as=20=

SA.

but, mind: you will need several things in order to make this work:
an L1/L2 compatible antenna
an L1/L2 navigation unit (GPS receiver)
appropriate software
apropriate codes and init strings

if you dont have a special permission from the US military, you will=20
not be able even to buy this equipment, net to speak about having=20
access to the codes and the software.
