Default area code setting is set in your default worksite profile, which is
in Owner's Info.

Don't know about the Names font issue - it's possible that it just always
uses Casual. I don't think I've ever seen it use anything else...

new person to the names list, it still assumes I want to use 312 as
the area code. I've looked for the option that will change that, but
I'm not having any luck.

Also, when I started, I used the "casual" font, but decided to go
back to Monaco. Works fine in notes and calendar, but the names
app insists on still using "casual."
