Basicially, I believe a LW Plus has an AppleTalk port on the back, so use a
standard Mac printer cable to your serial dongle. Seems like you have a 2100.
In the Prefs panel on the Newton, configure AppleTalk to use LocalTalk.

Then when you're printing something via Route (the envelope) -> Print, tap on
the Printer picker, tap "Choose Network LaserWriter", and after a little bit
the name of the printer should appear in a picker. Pick it and print.
