32 MB for Linear Flash cards, ATA much bigger but I'm not 100% sure of
ATA Support os compatible with OS 2.0

Not all but most will work. Since these sounds like oldies give them a
try.

The 130 had a LOT more Heap than the 120, you probably won't have any
problems but depends on what you're doing of course...
(internet is known to be heap hungry)
