You mean in that it opens it in a browser window, option-click would do
the job.
Which package though, I just tried it on
http://www.unna.org/unna/utilites/AddCity1.5.1/ and didn't have a
problem (this is also in Safari) so I'm wondering if you're missing
some settings.
