Dear all,
Thanks for all your suggestions, but all my icons are still missing and I can't launch any apps.
Holding down the apple key on the keyboard showed a list of shortcuts but there is no shortcut to run extras etc, and no extras button unlike the emate.
Holding the reset for 15 seconds and pressing the power button and vica versa rebooted the Newt about three times but that's about it.
As suggested what I'm really after is a way of performing a factory reset on a 2100 with a accerlerator board fitted, as the normal reset and power switch combination won't work, I think because the u/g board interfers with the on/off switch.
