Don't know can't remember, but I think for some reason 7.5.5 will work.

This was still free actually as I recall. Only at 7.5.3 did apple start
charging, because that was when cloning really started.

I recommend system 7.5.5 for older macs although you need to add in
Open transport and some other updates.
