What are you hoping to sync exactly? Newtsync can do this to some
extent, but isn't perfect. Newton connection Utilities under OS9
(classic) can do some tricks too.

You need to have a good setup on the Newton and you need to have the
proper drivers installed for the USB to serial widget as well as
whatever SW (Newtsync or NCU)
