[NTLK] reqwireless browser

there have been a couple of messages, which effectively say that the
java implementation for reqwireless won't work with the newton.

i just wonder if the browser would work with the waba or super waba. Or
maybe, they could adjust the reqwireless software to work with our java
implimentations.
