Well I thought that came with the Keyboard from Apple. I recall I got
it but it's been long lost by me when I purchased it with my MP100.

Well if anyone knows where this .pkg is located please inform me. I am
a licensed user (though I don't recall needing to buy anything as it
came on a floppy disk) but have not seen anything like it other than
the NewtWay driver from Daniel P. for the StowAway Palm Keyboard.
