I went through the process and tried to order from them, but I do not have
any reply so far.
Any other experiences how it works?
Do they send the software packages by mail?

Yes they send them by email. In a day or two. One nice thing about them,
they are not serial coded or hard coded to your Newton. So if your newton
dies and you have to get a replacement, you just reinstall your software are
good to go.
