Nicely done Simon. A long awaited updated to handle full IMAP.
Unfortunately, I do not use IMAP for any of my accounts and therefore the
update does nothing for me either. I do hope you keep all of the
SimpleMail packages for those folks in a similar position to myself.

Perhaps cross linking to two sites would help?
