Aha... I could only go by my memories of using BookMaker. to create
Newtonbooks, and remember using Word to set my margins, page breaks, etc. I
guess this was for the sake of pre-visualizing how the book would look,
however. In any case, I do remember trying to create a multi-format book
once, and never could get it to work... I never tried NewtonPress, however.
