I wasn't displeased with MacWorld keynote. I am in the market for a new laptop and waited just incase there was a speed bumb/price drop on the !2" G4. I do digital audio and did not want to upgrade any of my current OS9 software as I was very displeased with it (to the point of dropping software sequencing and buying hardware gear instead). I was not looking forward to having to move into a ProTools system, as I have noticed ProTools likes the computer to be dedicated to it and wants alot of extra hardware to run. So when they announce GarageBand, I am actually excited about it, and that made it worth the wait for me.
