Although I can of course do this for you, I would recommend asking Dr.
Newton first if you are living in the US of A. He is offering this very
swap on his web site. With the current catastrophic exchange rate
Euro - USD, you would spend at least 15 or so Euro for the cost of
shipping back from Germany if I did it. Apart from that, he is
a professional...
