This was posted a few days back but here it is again:

Well at its simplest it extends the "birthdays/anniversaries" ability giving
alarms to them but it also automatically adds all the major holidays. It is
not as detailed as Holidays by Toad Hallow, but it does add the major ones.
Basically when a holiday/birthday/anniversary comes up it notifies you so
many days in advance (user selectable), then allows you select a course of
action. For instance you can call the person (using calls to make the call
and log it), print out a birthday/holiday/etc card , or use the "gift"
option and pick out a gift to send them.

It has the ability to fax your order with the data from your names to who it
goes to. Of course a lot of those companies have either went out of
business or changed addresses. But a pretty slick idea regardless.

Upon digging further it appears that this package was given out with a 2.0
OS upgrade and was never sold (probably advertising paid for it).
