Since you are using windows I would check into ghost. Ghost will let you
create a image of a clean setup pc with what you need installed on it. You
can then in its simplest forms insert a boot disk into pc's needing to get
rebuilt. Anywhere from 15 to 45 minutes depending on network
speed/hardware/etc you will have a rebuilt pc. Depending on the license you
can do multiple computers at the same time. I used this at a old job to
setup around 200 pc's a night it was a real time saver.
As for the Imacs I am sure someone more macish can chime in.
