Yeah but honestly it is really just sick all around. It is the parents'
fault to the extent that they did not teach him to appreciate gifts
beyond faking it well. Its his fault that he did not take this
opportunity and gain from it. I have no clue how things are now, but
when I was growing up, sometimes my faults got me something in the
genre of what I wanted that wasn't the exact thing I was looking for
because they checked around and found something they felt was better
and they wanted me exposed to it. That did me a lot of good, perhaps
that has gone out of style. Either the parents' knew what he wanted but
not specifically enough [ever buy someone the wrong action figure?] or
they did it on purpose because they wanted to help with the choice.
