Another lower-cost alternative is to buy the better looking "original" white
backlight from www.adago.net

Still selling for $29 plus shipping. Contact me for quantity discounts!

If I get enough interest from Newton owners I might do a production run of
blue or green backlights. As far as I know there's not been anyone out there
making produciton-quality blue backlights.
