Replace the URL to begin with ftp.powerterans.de:
instead of ftp://ftp.travel-cs.com/pub/powertrans/powertrans322.sit.hqx
use
ftp://ftp.powertrans.de/pub/powertrans/powertrans322.sit.hqx
likewise for the other packages.
