I spent some time looking at the patent. It looks like Nintendo is
simply trying to prevent Game Boy emulators on hand held devices. This
move makes sense to me. If you had a Game Boy emulator and games on
your PDA, there would be no need to buy a Game Boy. Luckily, it looks
like they are leaving their older technologies out of this patent...
whew.
