It sounds like it it thinks it doesn't see your AP.

Are you using a fixed IP address for the wireless card or relying on
DHCP to give you an address? If you're using DHCP, are you sure you
actually got an address.

Well, that would be me... :-)

A couple of thoughts...

1) Are you using DHCP on the newton? That was the one thing I could
never get to work right.

2) How recent is the firmware in your cards? The Bronze's are pretty
old cards, so it might be worth trying to flash one to the latest
firmware.

3) I'll assume you're not trying to use WEP as you need the registered
driver for that and the Bronze's officially don't support it (though i
think it was quietly added by one of the latter firmware updates).
