Please provide a little more information.
Are you using ethernet for appletalk?
Did you set preferences in NCU? If not look under Edit and select
preferences. Then choose where NCU should look. You may select all.
Once NCU is configured to look at the connection you are using, tap
Dock application on your newton.
The default is serial, tap diamond and select Apple talk, then tap
connect opt diamond and choose other computer. It should locate your
computer.
