This is doable. There's a Windows XP service available 'TCP/IP Print
Services' - I installed it to print from my OS X box to my parallel
printer mounted on a windows box.
There's a HOWTO that may be much more than you need (for example, since
I have a Postscript printer I didn't need to do any of the various
GhostScript elements) at:

Admittedly, I have not tried printing from my Newton using this setup,
but it should prove to be a decent starting point.
I've recently purchased (but not installed) one of the Linksys
standalone 802.11g -> printer gateways. Once I get time to set that up
I'll report on success or failure...
