There is no such thing as a 'cursor position' in NewtonOS when the pen
is not=20
touching the screen. There's no ubiquitous cursor, period.

Some views implement a cursor-like function (the caret in text fields
and=20
stationary, highlighting the current menu) but until the pen is tapped
there's=20
nothing.

And of course the pen being tapped is a penDown and/or penUp event.
