Gah. Still indicates that gmail is doing something hazardous: looking at
the To: and From: headers to determine whether to deliver the mail or
not. SMTP Envelope is what supposed to be used for that, and Ecartis
sets those correctly (MAIL FROM the list, RCPT TO user).
