[NTLK] Internet Connection Tester App?

Dear List,

I'm trying to connect to the Internet through dial-up with my 2100,
and I keep adjusting different settings to see if it'll work. To test
if I'm connected, I just try to get to a website and wait until it
times out. It would be nice if there was a little app that just
tested whether the Newt is online or not. Does anything like this
exist?
