Hey Listers,
I know this comes up every 24 days (and twice on the vernal equinox),
but MacObserver and Slashdot are both running a piece about a patent
just awarded today to Apple for a tablet PC. Here are the links:

The MacObserver article shows some drawings of the device and links to
the Patent . Far too large as a Newton replacement, but might be nice
to see that Newton technology hiding under the hood of OSX with a good
venue to shine.
