I found that between the first two pages there was a bit of printing
missing (a bug, IMO) which I write in with a pen, then after that I just
had to fold the paper at the edge of the printed area and it lined up
with the edge of the printed area on the sheet beside it. Taped it
together, and I have one long banner :-)
