Some of the early Newton games were interesting.

NewtDungeon (won't work on later Newtons) was a interesting
first person frame by frame game.

Motile... the maze game... actually bought that one. Really
enjoyable.

        Minesweeper is a old favorite.

Yeh, it is interesting to think of what the Newton used to be. In
the last few years the Newton has been ALMOST a stand alone computer,
with music, tons of memory space, yadda yadda yadda... which is to be
celebrated.

But it is fun to think of a time when the Newton was a scribble
pad with maybe a game or two to pass the time. In truth, I might be
reverting back that direction since a small input device is all I need
now.

Hmm never saw that one. Sounds interesting though.

That one is called Sub Patrol by imabic. It is abandonware and is on=20
UNNA. One of my fav "action" games.

Another one of my favorites is Deep Green (a chess program, also on=20
UNNA) and Dalecks (simple game but good interface and challenging).
