Hello again,
        My stylus/jaggy problem has consumed my life. I have finally taken
your advise and ordered a replacement from JK Sales. If any of you
think you would like to take a crack at purchasing two 2100s with this
problem (so that I can bear the financial loss from these last two
purchases), think about a reasonable offer. Otherwise, I'll put them
up on ebay and see what happens. This, of course, after I get my
replacement from JK.
