[NTLK] How to move audio files from desktop to Newton

Just need a few basic pointers in the right direction. I can figure out
the specifics but don't know where to start.

I have lots of sound files in my iTunes folders. Looking at them in the
finder they would appear to be .mp3 and .m4p type formats mainly,
although I had always thought they were the .AIFF type but am not seeing
these.

In any event, if I want to move one or more of these audio files from my
desktop to my Newton what's the procedure, what apps would I need, etc. ?
